Changing a major profession from being a Registered Nurse to a chiropractor was an immense and great decision for me. It was incredibly challenging to be working in a hospital that had a huge number of patients seen daily.

I had also worked in a surgery room where I have seen severe medical cases and this long ongoing daily scenario prompted me to be an evangelist helping patients in a natural way so in 1992, I decided to enter and study in the field of chiropractic health care. I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998, and I have been practicing since then.

At this time, I became deeply passionate about my chosen profession and at the same time was enamored of the San Francisco Bay Area, so I opened my first clinic in 2003 at Hayward. Not surprisingly, the clinic achieved instant success as well as a tremendous retinue of patients, admirers and professional interests that inspired me to open my second offices in 2004 in Tracy CA.

"Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well-being. Our approach is non-surgical, whereby we treat the entire person, not just their symptoms. Through this comprehensive and structured approach, we are better able to help our patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness."

"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

I am a passionate person and love to see people around in good physical and mental health.

I moved to US Vermont from Russia in 2008 where I completed my Nurse Assistant and Medical Assistant studies in Burlington Vermont, at the University of Vermont Medical Center (AKA Fletcher Allen Health Care) and Northwest Technical Center St Albans VT respectively and found myself living in that beautiful state for next 9 years working as Nurse Aide and Medical Assistant at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

In 2017 my husband and I got married and decided to start our new life in sunny California where we moved in October of that year very next day after wedding day.

My professional interests include wellness and nutrition that promotes healthy eating and eating habits that can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy of care is - empower patients to take control of their own health.

I am blessed to have two beautiful children and a supportive husband, so when I'm not providing support to my patients, I am spending time relaxing with my family.

Most of the hobbies I have evolve around relaxation and decompression. I do so by practicing yoga, cooking, and going on hikes with my family.

I obtained my Associate of Science, Nursing degree from Modesto Junior College in 2011 and obtained licensure to become a Registered Nurse. I started my RN career working inpatient at a busy local hospital on an orthopedic/trauma/neurology unit, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. During this time, I continued my education and obtained my Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from University of Texas Arlington. Throughout my RN career, I also taught first semester nursing at Modesto Junior College and worked in home health nursing. I then decided I wanted to further my education, so I enrolled at Sonoma State University and completed their Master of Science, Nursing program with a Family Nurse Practitioner board certification in 2021. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I have worked in medical aesthetics, urology, and pain management using regenerative medicine.

I enjoy getting to know each and every patient that comes through the door, taking the time to explain everything, answer questions, and ensure that each visit is comfortable and not rushed. It is rewarding to work with my patients and see them improve their health, pain, and quality of life.

When not at work you can find me relaxing at home with my husband Justin, three dogs, two cats, and over 20 chickens. I love the outdoors, being out in nature, gardening, cooking, and going on getaways with my husband and friends.
